Welcome to the Financial Review Committee!
The Financial Review Committee, an Ad Hoc Committee whose Chairperson is appointed annually by the LLI/NOVA President, performs the annual review (audit) of the LLI/NOVA financial condition as of the close of the previous fiscal year (June 30), as required by Article VIII, section 1, of the LLI/NOVA By-laws. The Chairperson customarily appoints two other members to serve on the Committee. Following the completion of its work, the Committee submits its report of findings and recommendations to the LLI/NOVA Board of Directors.

The Committee normally conducts the financial review in the summer and early fall and meets as needed to complete its work. The Committee Chairperson contacts members as to time and place of meetings. Any changes to the normal dates/times will be noted in the Announcements area above and in the LLI/NOVA Newsletter.
Usual Meeting Location
The Committee usually meets in the LLI/NOVA Office (CG-216) on the NOVA Annandale campus.
Cancellation Policy
The Financial Review Committee normally follows the LLI/NOVA inclement weather cancellation policy (see button at right), unless members are notified otherwise by the Chairperson.
