• FY 2025 Financial Review Report

In accordance with our Bylaws, a Financial Review Committee, composed of LLI members, reviews LLI/NOVA’s finances after the close of the fiscal year and reports its findings to the Board of Directors.  The Budget and Finance Committee reviews the findings and makes recommendations for action to the Board.  The Financial Review Committee’s report is the basis for the required annual statement of financial condition that is presented to the membership at the Annual Membership meeting in June. The report for FY 2023 will be prepared early in FY 2024.

• FY 2023 Budget

LLI/NOVA’s fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.  In accordance with our Bylaws, the annual budget is prepared by the Budget and Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.  The budget is then presented to the membership in the June Newsletter and at the Annual Membership meeting in June.

• FY 2022 Financial Review Report

• FY 2022 End-of-Year Income & Expense Report

The Treasurer prepares monthly financial reports that are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.  A final report is prepared at the end of the fiscal year.  This document is the annual Income and Expense report.  Additional, more detailed information is available from the Treasurer. Pending publication when the fiscal year ends June 30, 2022.
